Workshop Supervisor (Day Shift)(Commercial Vehicle Worksop)
We currently have a vacancy for a Workshop Supervisor to join our busy Widnes Depot.

Shift Patten - Monday to Thursday
06:00am to 16:30pm
Basic Salary = £46,000 to £48,838 + Bonus & Overtime (Opportunity to earn well into the 50's)

Workshop Supervisor Role
People Management
andmiddot;Supervising technicians, apprentices, and workshop staff.
andmiddot;Allocating work based on skill level and priorities.
andmiddot;Monitoring attendance, timekeeping, and performance.
andmiddot;Conducting toolbox talks and one-to-one meetings.
andmiddot;Supporting training and development.
Workshop Operations
andmiddot;Planning daily workflow and scheduling repairs.
andmiddot;Ensuring work is completed on time and to manufacturer or company standards.
andmiddot;Managing workshop capacity and resource allocation.
andmiddot;Liaising with service advisors, parts departments, and fleet customers.
andmiddot;Monitoring work-in-progress and removing bottlenecks.

Requirements
The core skills and qualifications required for a the Workshop Supervisor are:
andmiddot;Appropriate technical qualifications.
andmiddot;Time Served Tech or NVQ C&G Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Repairs
andmiddot;MOT preparation experience
andmiddot;Supervisory Experience in a Commercial Vehicle Worksop
