Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

THE ROLE
As a Warranty Specialist, you'll manage warranty claims, repairs and customer communications, ensuring cases are handled accurately and within the required timescales.
Key responsibilities include:
andmiddot;Reviewing and processing warranty claims and supporting documentation
andmiddot;Ensuring claims are accurate and processed efficiently
andmiddot;Coordinating repairs, replacements and returns with service centres and vendors
andmiddot;Communicating with customers regarding claim progress and resolutions
andmiddot;Investigating recurring warranty issues and identifying potential corrective actions
andmiddot;Maintaining accurate warranty databases and records
andmiddot;Producing and maintaining warranty reports
andmiddot;Ensuring relevant compliance records are kept up to date
andmiddot;Managing multiple warranty cases simultaneously

ABOUT YOU
We're keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:
andmiddot;Previous experience in warranty administration, warranty claims or claims handling is preferred
andmiddot;Ideally 1-3 years' relevant experience
andmiddot;Strong customer service and communication skills
andmiddot;Excellent attention to detail
andmiddot;Strong administration and record-keeping abilities
andmiddot;Basic technical aptitude relevant to the product line
andmiddot;Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritise workload effectively
andmiddot;Professional and organised approach to problem solving

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE
andmiddot;Experience using warranty management systems or CRM platforms
andmiddot;Understanding of RMA processes
andmiddot;Knowledge of Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
andmiddot;Understanding of parts logistics and repair processes
