VEHICLE TECHNICIAN
Location: Slough
Basic Salary: £35,000
OTE: Up to £44,000
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic looking for a role offering an excellent work-life balance and strong earning potential?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy automotive workshop working a unique 3 days on shift pattern.
With a basic salary of £35,000, and the opportunity to earn up to £750 per month in productivity bonus, this role offers excellent earning potential alongside an attractive working pattern.

Hours: 6:00am to 7:30pm with 1-hour lunch break

The rota operates on a rolling basis:
andmiddot;4 weeks: Monday to Wednesday
andmiddot;Followed by 4 weeks: Thursday to Saturday
This gives you regular extended periods away from work and a fantastic work-life balance.

THE ROLE
As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality servicing, maintenance, repairs and diagnostic work.
Your responsibilities will include:
andmiddot;Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repair work
andmiddot;Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
andmiddot;Completing repairs efficiently and to a high standard
andmiddot;Using diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle faults
andmiddot;Completing job cards and workshop documentation accurately
andmiddot;Working in line with manufacturer and safety standards
andmiddot;Maintaining high levels of quality and productivity
andmiddot;Ensuring your work area remains clean, organised and safe

ABOUT YOU
We're looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic / Automotive Technician with:
andmiddot;Previous experience working within the automotive industry
andmiddot;A Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
andmiddot;Strong servicing, repair and diagnostic skills
andmiddot;The ability to work efficiently and independently
andmiddot;Excellent attention to detail
andmiddot;A positive and proactive attitude
andmiddot;The ability to work effectively as part of a team
andmiddot;A full UK Driving Licence
