Surveyor Manager

TSA Surveying is looking for an experienced Surveyor Manager to lead and support a team of surveyors, ensuring high standards of quality, performance, and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support surveyors across multiple projects
• Monitor performance, productivity, and quality standards
• Conduct reviews, mentoring, and training sessions
• Set and manage team objectives and KPIs
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of new surveyors
• Work with internal teams to ensure projects are properly resourced
• Drive continuous improvements in processes and service delivery

Requirements

• Strong building surveying background
• Previous experience managing teams and performance
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Experience within social housing, building surveying, stock condition, energy assessment or Retrofit
• Ability to mentor and develop surveyors at all levels
• Proactive and organised approach to problem solving
• Full UK driving licence
