Senior Town Planner
Location: Birmingham
Working Pattern: Hybrid - 3-4 days per week in the office
Carrington West are pleased to be working with an established and highly regarded planning consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Senior or Principal Town Planner to join its growing Birmingham office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a planning professional who is looking to work across a diverse project portfolio within a collaborative and supportive environment.
The Role
You will be involved in a broad range of planning projects spanning multiple sectors, including:
andmiddot;Commercial developments
andmiddot;Residential schemes
andmiddot;Retail projects
andmiddot;Mixed-use developments
andmiddot;Other varied planning applications and strategic planning work
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage projects, work directly with clients, and contribute to the continued growth of the business.
About You
To be considered for this position, you should have:
andmiddot;Experience gained within either the public or private sector
andmiddot;Strong knowledge of the UK planning system
andmiddot;Excellent communication and report-writing skills
andmiddot;The ability to manage multiple projects and build strong client relationships
MRTPI status is preferred but not essential, and candidates working towards chartership are also encouraged to apply.
