SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Location: North London
Salary:-Up to £77,000 + Package
Role: Full-time - Permanent-
Major Energy Infrastructure Scheme-
An established infrastructure contractor is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major energy infrastructure programme based in North London.

The Role
You will play a key role in the commercial delivery of a major infrastructure scheme, ensuring strong commercial governance and contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Commercial reporting and forecasting
- Preparation of applications for payment and valuations
- Administration of subcontractor and supplier accounts
- Procurement and supply chain management
- NEC contract administration
- Compensation Event management
- Commercial risk and opportunity management
- Agreement of final accounts
- Cost control and financial reporting
- Supporting operational teams with commercial matters
About You
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience operating as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Strong NEC contract knowledge
- Civil engineering, infrastructure, utilities, energy or major construction project experience
- Excellent commercial and contractual skills
- HND, Degree or equivalent qualification
- Ambition to progress within a growing infrastructure business
