Senior Quantity Surveyor / Estimator required to join a established but expanding Building Contractor based in Stratford East London.

The works the company carry out is Groundworks, R/C Frames, Services, Power and Data with a fair share of their projects being Data Centres and therefore they are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Estimator that has experience in pricing and working on such projects.

The Company have an approximate -40m turnover UK, and are well established in Europe as well.-

The salary on offer is -70k75k with a 10% bonus scheme along with a package to be negotiated which includes travel.-

They are looking for a-Senior Quantity surveyor / Estimator to be park of the company but will-consider long term freelance Candidates.-

A good and steady established track record is required with checkable references essential.-
