About the Role

As a Night Nurse, you will be a valued member of our team, leading your shift with positivity and effectiveness while providing outstanding care and support throughout the night.

You will play an important role in ensuring our residents' health, happiness, dignity and wellbeing remain at the heart of everything we do.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading your shift and creating a warm, positive and supportive environment for residents and colleagues.
• Assessing and promoting the individual needs of our elderly residents, enabling them to live their best lives.
• Creating, implementing and reviewing person-centred care plans that provide holistic support.
• Monitoring residents' care, health and wellbeing throughout the night.
• Administering prescribed medication safely and accurately, with appropriate documentation in line with company and regulatory requirements.
• Ensuring residents are treated with dignity, respect and compassion at all times.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to provide consistent, high-quality care.
• Continuing to develop your knowledge and skills to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent care and who understands the importance of seeing each resident as an individual.

You will have:

• Valid NMC Registration.
• Evidence of ongoing personal and professional development since registration.
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of person-centred care.
• The ability to demonstrate how you support residents to live their best lives.
• A commitment to maintaining dignity, choice, independence and respect.
• A positive and supportive approach to leading a team.
• A genuine willingness to continue learning and developing your skills.
