Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum
The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join a growing team delivering mechanical building services projects across London.
This role would suit a commercially aware, organised Project Manager with a strong HVAC background who can take ownership of projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time and within budget.
The Role
Managing HVAC and mechanical building services projects from inception through to completion.
Coordinating engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
Planning project programmes, monitoring progress and ensuring key deadlines are met.
Managing project budgets, costs, variations and commercial performance.
Liaising with clients, consultants and other contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensuring all works meet relevant health and safety requirements and industry standards.
Monitoring quality of installation and ensuring projects are completed to specification.
Identifying and resolving technical issues, delays and project risks.
Attending site meetings and providing regular project updates to stakeholders.
Managing commissioning, handover documentation and final project sign-off.
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience working as an HVAC Project Manager or Mechanical Project Manager.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical building services.
Experience managing projects, budgets, programmes and subcontractors.
Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
Commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
Relevant mechanical or building services qualifications would be advantageous.
