HVAC Maintenance Engineer-

Southwest London

CBS Recruitment are looking for a HVAC Maintenance Engineer for an on going contract across various sites in Tooting,Kingston, Merton, Wandsworth and Carshalton.-

You will be carrying out PPMs on:

• Cold water booster sets
• Heating & Chilled water pumps
• Heating & Chilled water pressurisation units to include associated expansion vessels
• Associated-pipework valves, zone valves, strainers-

The ideal HVAC Maintenance Engineer will have:-

• Proven experience working within commercial buildings, ideally within a building services or facilities maintenance environment
• Previous experience carrying out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills across mechanical and air-conditioning systems
• Good knowledge of pumps and associated mechanical systems
• Basic electrical fault-finding and diagnostic ability
• Experience with filling out-service reports
• Full UK driving licence
• A commercial gas cert is advantageous but not essential
