The Role
You'll build relationships with candidates and clients while developing your own specialist market.
Your day-to-day will include:
andmiddot; Sourcing, headhunting and qualifying candidates
andmiddot; Managing candidates through interviews and offers
andmiddot; Building candidate and client relationships
andmiddot; Developing your network and generating new business
andmiddot; Keeping up with market developments
andmiddot; Building and growing your own business portfolio
You'll have responsibility from an early stage, with the training and support to help you succeed.
Who We're Looking For
You might be a recent graduate, have recruitment experience, or be in a sales or commercially focused role. We're looking for someone who is:

andmiddot; Competitive and comfortable picking up the phone
andmiddot; Organised, positive and willing to learn

You don't need recruitment experience. You do need drive.
Additional language skills, particularly German, French or Mandarin, are advantageous but not essential.
