An established precision engineering business in Ferndown is looking for a skilled CNC Turner with Integrex or Mazak experience to join its manufacturing team.
The business produces complex, high-precision components for demanding industries, including aerospace and defence, where accuracy and quality are essential.

What's on offer?

• Basic hourly rate of up to -23.00, plus a night-shift uplift of up to 1.33x.
• Potential hourly rate of up to -30.59.
• Night-shift working.

The role:

• Programme, set and operate CNC turning or multitasking machinery, as required.
• Work with Integrex or Mazak machines to manufacture precision components.
• Interpret engineering drawings and programme machining operations to meet specifications and tolerances.
• Monitor machining processes and maintain consistent component quality.
• Carry out appropriate dimensional checks and maintain high production standards.

What we're looking for:

• Previous CNC turning experience.
• Experience programming Integrex or Mazak machines.
• Good knowledge of engineering drawings, machining processes and tolerances.
• A quality-focused approach and excellent attention to detail.
• A reliable, methodical approach to work.
